QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION RECORDS Each activity must maintain records indicating the personnel who have been qualified and certified to handle ammunition or explosive materials. These records will also include the levels, standards, and explosive families of such qualifications and certifications. Explosive Material-Handling Qualification and Certification Program, COMOMAGINST 8020.4, illustrates the appropriate form that should be used to record the qualifications and certifications of an individual. The original of this form is to be maintained by the command in the individual's training record.
