Two
men make a packsaddle and carry the casualty on it,as shown and explained in

Two men kneel on opposite sides of the casualty at his hips (fig. 10-37).
2.
Each man passes his arms under the casualty's thigh and back and grasps the
other man's wrist.
3.
The two men rise, lifting the casualty.
